Most recognizable of all the Slovak steamed cheese products - the braided design and mildly salted flavors make this the flagship cheese product. 

Two versions of this product, Original or Smoked on beech wood.

Threads

Delicious and fun form of the traditional Slovak cheese products. Less salty and cheaper than Braids, which makes them more preferable for kids (taste-wise) and first time buyers. Smoked on beech wood, which gives them distinctive flavor profile.

Knots

These small knots of cheese strings are a great option to share on parties or events. This version is much less salty compared to our Spaghetti cheese version. Offered flavor options are Original, Smoked, Garlic, Gyros and Spicy.

Spaghetti

These short spaghetti-like cheese strings are a great option to share on parties or events. This version is significantly saltier compared to Knots. Offered flavor options are Original, Smoked, Garlic, Gyros and Spicy.

Sticks

These Sticks offer a solution for quick and easy snack on the go. Hand-stretched with different flavors: smoked-garlic, pizza and spicy.

Twister

Another unique take of Slovak traditional cheese-making features different type of texture, styled into a twisted ribbon shape that gives it an attractive look. Two versions, the Original and Smoked on beech wood, which gives it a different flavor profile.

Oštiepok

This is the oldest recipe product that's a little different than any other product we have. This is a considerably sized lump of cheese best served sliced and enjoyed on bread or with wine. It has mild, smoky flavor with slightly crumbly texture.
