This is the oldest recipe product that's a little different than any other product we have. This is a considerably sized lump of cheese best served sliced and enjoyed on bread or with wine. It has mild, smoky flavor with slightly crumbly texture.

Oštiepok is made according to a traditional process. Its delicious and unique taste is obtained by smoking on oak wood. Over time, Oštiepok acquires a delicious, mature, yet mild and crumbly taste.
